円板部とからなり円板部表面と縦孔とをボス部に
設けた横孔で連通させた熱可塑性合成樹脂製スペ
ーサの、前記円板部内周端と外周端とにそれぞれ
環状の内周凸部と外周凸部とが設けられ、該内周
凸部と外周凸部間の円板部表面を被う四ふつ化エ
チレン製の環状多孔質過膜が設けられ、該過
膜の内外周縁部が前記内周凸部と外周凸部から溶
融膨出した溶融膨出部に溶着されてなる精密フイ
