Claims (1)
ス部の凹所にボルト頭部を嵌め入れると共に、エ
ンボス部の底面に開設した支持孔にボルト頭部に
形成した延長部を挿通し、この延長部をヘツデイ
ング加工して支持孔に跨がる係止片を形成し、こ
の係止片とボルト頭部との間で支持孔の周縁部を
支持する一方、固定パネルをエンボス部の凹所側
から配設して基体パネルに重ね合わせ、ナツトを
ボルト軸部に締付けることによつて固定パネルを
取付けてなるパネル取付構造において、上記ヘツ
デイング加工を行なつた係止片とボルト頭部との
間に支持孔周縁部の板厚寸法（Ｔ）より大きい隙
間寸法（ｈ）を形成する一方、エンボス部の深さ
寸法（Ｈ）とボルト頭部の高さ寸法ｔとの関係を
（Ｈ）＞（ｔ）とし、また上記深さ寸法（Ｈ）お
よび板厚寸法（Ｔ）の合計値（Ｈ）＋（Ｔ）と上
記隙間寸法（ｈ）および高さ寸法（ｔ）の合計値
（ｈ）＋（ｔ）との関係を（Ｈ）＋（Ｔ）＜（ｈ
）＋（ｔ）とし、固定パネルを配設した時にボル
トをエンボス部内で移動させ、固定パネルにボル
ト頭部の下面を密着固定したことを特徴とするパ
