CONSTITUTION:The battery voltage of a gas cut-off device is detected by a battery voltage detecting pert 1, whether the voltage is below a defined value or not is judged by a voltage judging part 2 and, when below the defined value, a battery voltage drop signal is outputted. A cut-off control part 3 receives the battery voltage drop signal and operates a cut-off valve 6. At the same time, the battery voltage drop signal is formed into a defined telegraphic message by a transmission interface part 4 and sent out to a telephone circuit 5 to be transmitted to a gas enterprise center. Thereby, the gas enterprise center can be instantly notified of information on battery voltage drop, and can take a countermeasure rapidly, securing safety.
