- 無菌室に開口する充填ノズルを該無菌室から隔
離するようになつていて一部が無菌室内で上下動
可能な洗浄ケースと、該洗浄ケースに接続され該
無菌室外に該洗浄液を排出する排出管と、該洗浄
ケース及び該排出管を移動させる駆動装置からな
る充填装置用洗浄装置。
