切れ、トラベラ焼けの原因となる欠点があつた。 Conventionally, in vertical ring twisting mechanisms, the spindle speed has been increased and the ring diameter has been increased in order to improve productivity. As a result, the circumferential speed of the traveler has increased, resulting in yarn breakage and traveler burnout. Due to this, the traveler is scattered, resulting in a situation where spinning cannot be performed. For this reason, as shown in Fig. 1, a ball bearing 3 arranged between the ring and the ring holder 2 has been considered, but due to the rotational friction of the ball bearing, the periphery of the ball or ring wears out, causing rotation. The machine becomes unstable, leading to thread breakage, or fly fluff flies onto the ball bearing, preventing it from rotating, causing thread breakage and traveler burn.

もある。Embodiment 1 As shown in FIG. 2, an annular sliding collar 5 is fitted and fixed to the outer peripheral edge of a conical ring 4 made of oil-impregnated sintered metal impregnated with a lubricant. The sliding collar 5 is made of polytetrafluoroethylene resin having wear resistance and a low coefficient of friction, and is formed into a U-shaped cross section, and a sliding portion 5a is provided within the U-shaped outer peripheral surface. . A partially cut-out, wear-resistant ring 6 is slidably fitted into this sliding portion 5a. Furthermore, the ring 6
are integrally fixed to the ring holder 7 with screws, bolts, etc. to form a rotating ring. In addition, instead of fixing with screws, etc., a ring may be fitted into a holder having a notch in a part, and the notch of the holder may be fastened with screws, bolts, etc. to be fixed together.

An annular sliding collar 5 is fitted and fixed to the outer peripheral edge of the ring 10. The sliding collar 5 is made of tetrafluoroethylene resin having wear resistance and a low coefficient of friction, and is formed into an L-shaped cross section.

A ring 11 made of a sintered metal body and having a partially cut out part is slidably fitted therein. Further, the outer circumferential edge of the ring 11 is fitted into a ring holder 12 having a notch in part, and the notch is tightened with screws, bolts, etc. to form a rotating ring. By the way, an oil tank 13 is formed in the ring holder 12, and an oil tank 13 is formed in the ring holder 12.
It is even more effective to supply lubricating oil to reduce the frictional resistance between the sliding collar 5 and the annular ring 11, to make rotation smoother and to reduce wear between them.

Wear resistance is further improved if the material is made of polytetrafluoroethylene resin, a sintered metal body impregnated with MoS 2 , or only graphite. Further, the gap between the sliding collar and the ring is preferably 3/100 to 20/100 m/m in order to allow the ring to rotate smoothly.

る。 Since the rotating ring of the present invention is constructed as described above, the frictional resistance between the ring and the sliding collar is extremely small, the ring rotates extremely smoothly, and thread breakage does not occur. Due to the smooth rotation, the relative speed between the ring and the traveler is reduced,
Traveler burn will no longer occur. Therefore, it is possible to rotate the spindle at high speed and to form a large package.
