られた弁室１ｂに、摺動自在に挿入した弁体２を
該弁座１ｃに当接し、背後から付勢するコイルば
ね４を流体放出用の穴５ａを有するキヤツプ５で
支持すると共に、該本体１の他端側外周に手回動
用のローレツト目１ｅを設けたことを特徴とする
