- 任意の送風量に制御されるフアンと、該フアン
の送風路に設けたフイルタと、フイルタ下流側の
圧力を検出する手段と、任意の送風量に対応する
基準圧力を出力する基準圧力発生回路と、上記フ
イルタ下流側の圧力と基準圧力とを比較するフイ
ルタの目詰まり判定回路とを有する送風装置。
