Abstract

PURPOSE:To promote the protection of a temperature detecting part and the improvement of sealing performance and work efficiency, by inserting a temperature detector through an O ring to a mounting seat, which is mounted to a part where a temperature is detected, and fixing a fixing member to the mounting seat from the upper of the temperature detector. CONSTITUTION:When a temperature detector 1 is mounted, after an O ring 18 is mounted being fitted to the periphery of a cylindrical part 3b of a metal case 3, the temperature detector 1 is inserted into a mounting seat 10 till a flange part 3c is adapted to a stepped part 10d. In this way, the metal case 3, which provides a builtin temperature sensor 2, discloses a bottom part 3d in the inside of a refrigerant pipe 20. While the O ring 18, which is compressed between the periphery of the cylindrical part 3b of the metal case 3 and the bottom part of an O ring groove 10c in the mounting seat 10, is housed in the O ring groove 10c. And a fixing member 15, which screws its external threaded part 15c to an internal threaded part 10e of the mounting seat 10 holding the flange part 3c of the metal case 3 between a pressing surface 15b of the fixing member 15 and the stepped part 10d of the mounting seat 10, fixes the temperature detector 1 to the mounting seat 10.

The above conventional technology does not take into account the insulation and surface protection of the temperature sensor and electrode wire, resulting in deterioration of the temperature sensor and corrosion of the electrode wire due to poor insulation, deformation and disconnection due to external force applied during handling, and intrusion of moisture, etc. There were other problems. In addition, the O-ring installed between the mounting body and the mounting seat to prevent leakage of the measured object to the outside of the container rotates as the mounting body is screwed in and is pressed against the seat surface, gradually deforming elastically. However, there was a problem in that sufficient sealing performance could not be obtained due to the occurrence of kinks.

Furthermore, when attempting to attach or detach the temperature sensor with the electrode wires connected to an external circuit, the electrode wires may be twisted and broken due to rotation of the mounting body. Also, work efficiency was extremely poor.

The above purpose is to provide a temperature sensor in which a temperature sensor to which electrode wires are connected is enclosed and fixed via an insulator in a bottomed cylindrical metal case having a flange on the outer periphery, and a stepped part that engages with the flange. A mounting seat that is connected to the inside of a container that has a cylindrical shape formed on the inner periphery and stores the object to be measured; A fixing member to be attached is provided, a temperature sensor is inserted into the mounting seat, and the collar of the metal case is held between the stepped part of the mounting seat and the engaging part of the fixing member. This is achieved by sandwiching an O-ring between the inner peripheral surface of the mounting seat.

Furthermore, the O-ring is elastically deformed to be compressed between the outer circumferential surface of the metal case and the inner circumferential surface of the mounting seat, and the collar portion of the metal case is pressed between the engaging portion of the fixing member and the stepped portion of the mounting seat. Since it is clamped and fixed, the O-ring does not twist, and highly reliable sealing performance can be obtained.
