Claims (1)
- ガスを精製塔内の粉粒体中を通して精製させる
ガス精製装置において、上記精製塔内に粉粒体が
詰つている部分における上方位置に、精製後のガ
ス抜出口を設け、該ガス抜出口部にフイルタを設
けたことを特徴とするガス精製装置。
