However, the battery, which is the power source, is relatively heavy, so it is difficult to keep the battery in the correct position when the signal device is dropped. Ribs for fixing the batteries are provided in the float, which is a buoyant body, and padding is filled in the float to prevent the battery from moving as much as possible. However, in the former case, it is difficult to mold the float and the structure is complicated, resulting in high costs, and in the latter case, the buoyancy of the float is reduced, and its fixation is reliable. It's hard to say.

Reference numeral 10 denotes a power source that also serves as a ballast and is housed in the float casing 1 from the lower opening of the power source storage section 4. The power source 10 has a cylindrical portion 11a that is approximately equal to the inner diameter of the storage portion 4, and the cylindrical portion 11a. an exterior case 11 formed with a flange 11b having an outer diameter approximately equal to the inner circumferential diameter of the end cap 5 formed on the lower surface thereof, and a group of unit cells 12, 12, . . . packed densely inside the exterior case 11; The wax 13 filled in the case 11 to fix each group of unit cells 12 in the case 11 and the wax 13 located in the case 11 electrically connects each unit cell 12 and penetrates the top of the case 11. The lead wire 14 is connected to the above-mentioned drive unit via a connector (not shown).

Therefore, in order to load the power source 10 into the marine buoy light constructed as described above, with the waterproof casing 3 removed, the outer case 11 is inserted through the lower opening of the float 1.
After loading the flange 11b against the open end of the male threaded portion 4a, screw the end cap 5 and tighten it, and the power source 10 will be connected to the float casing 1.
It is fixed precisely to the inner bottom of the After that, the lead wire 14 is pulled out from the opening of the top part 1a and connected to the drive unit in the waterproof casing 3. Then, the casing 3 is screwed onto the top part 1a, and each part is assembled into one unit as shown in FIG. Complete.

However, in the power supply mounting structure described above, simply loading the power supply into the float casing and screwing the end cap together causes the flange to be held under pressure between the float casing and the end cap.
The float casing 1 itself is constructed by a simple molding method such as blow molding, etc., so that the fixation can be performed accurately and reliably, and there is no need to provide multiple mounting structures inside the float casing 1 as in the past. can. Moreover, since each unit cell 12 is mounted inside the outer case 11 via the wax 13, it is more integrated with the outer case 11, and when in use, each unit cell 12 moves without the outer case 11, and the buoy signal signal is moved. There is no risk of losing your balance. Furthermore, since the unit cells 12 do not move within the exterior case 11, there is no risk of poor battery contact.
Furthermore, if the flange is made of, for example, an elastic material, the bottom opening of the float casing 1 will be covered with double packing in cooperation with the ring-shaped packing 6, further improving watertightness.

As explained in detail above, with this invention, the power supply can be mounted with a simple and reliable structure without requiring a complicated structure or padding for power supply installation as in the past. Highly reliable in the event of an accident.
