説明図である。 図中１は管、２は管板、３は円柱状ケース、６
は接触子、７は内挿型探触子、８は超音波探傷器
、９は溶接部、１０，１１はクラツク、１５は押
付装置、１８は鋼球、２０は鋼球保持具、２１は
スプリングを示す。
従来例の説明図、第３図は垂直探傷用内挿型探触
子の説明図、第４図は斜角探傷用内挿型探触子の
説明図である。 図中１は管、２は管板、３は円柱状ケース、６
は接触子、７は内挿型探触子、８は超音波探傷器
、９は溶接部、１０，１１はクラツク、１５は押
付装置、１８は鋼球、２０は鋼球保持具、２１は
スプリングを示す。
Claims (1)
- 管内部に挿入して該管と管板とのシール溶接部
の探傷検査を行うため管より僅かに小径に形成し
た円柱状ケースと、管内面に密着させて超音波の
伝播を良好にするために前記円柱状ケース側面に
取付けた接触部と、該接触部を介して超音波探傷
を行う超音波振動子とで構成される内挿型超音波
検査装置において、前記接触部を基準として前記
円柱状ケースの半径方向反対側に、円柱状ケース
の半径方向外方に向けて付勢された伸縮自在の押
付装置を設けたことを特徴とする内挿型超音波検
査装置。
