係止したステアリングホイールにおいて、前記ホ
ーンカバー５と前記支持部２との一方に、前記ホ
ーンカバー５の前記支持部２に対する移動位置を
規制し、かつ前記ホーンカバー５への所定以上の
荷重作用により座屈可能とした突起１２を設けた
