ドル弁１を連動させ、このニードル弁１を弁孔２
１に対して進退動作させることによりガス流量を
調節するものにおいて、本体２のガス入口２２の
下流側に弁孔２１を設け、この弁孔２１に対向さ
せてニードル弁１を配設し、このニードル弁１の
軸部１１を本体２に形成した孔部２３に外周気密
状態で進退自在に嵌合させ、この孔部２３の外部
側にカム室２４を形成し、このカム室２４の側壁
とネジ対偶し且電動モータＭと連動するカム体１
４を設け、このカム体１４を軸部１１の端部と半
径方向の偏心余裕を有するように回り対偶させた
