スクラツチ室側へ向けて付勢する弾性部材とを備
え、前記粘性流体の圧力が所定圧力を超えると弾
性部材がはじめてたわみ始め、作動部材が前記ク
ラツ板を押圧してクラツチ接続させるようにした
