シユポツト形電磁石において、移動鉄心の力Ｆに
対する永久磁石の力Ｄを励磁コイル無通電状態に
おける位置にて励磁コイルに定格電流通電による
力Ａと定格電流以上設定時の力Ｂとの間に設定す
るとともに、圧縮ばねの力Ｃを零に設定したこと
