装置の負荷により圧力が発生する側の油圧シリン
ダの油室に連通する管路の分岐管路に、常時は、
ばねの付勢力により内部油路を閉路しており、外
部からの電気信号により開路する電磁切換弁を介
してアキユムレータを管路で接続し、該管路の中
間にはスローリターン弁を配設し、さらに、上記
発信器の出力回路を分岐して主電気回路を開閉す
るリレーのリレー回路入力部に導き、発信器から
