本発明は各種の音響機器に使用されるスピーカにおける
ダンパーとボイスコイルとの一体的に成形して成るスピ

従来の技術

0とボイスコイルボビン11とが、エンジニアリングプ
ラスチック等の耐熱性樹脂により一体化された構造があ

発明が解決しようとする問題点
ところが前者のボイスコイルとダンパーとを接着剤で接

のバラツキによるスピーカ耐入力不足等の欠点を有する
。又、ダンパーとボイスコイルボビン材との機能はそれ
ぞれ異なっているので、ダンパーとボイスコイルとを同
一材料にて構成することが非常に困難であり、ダンパー
の防塵においても、樹脂の射出成型にて、防塵の機能を

材とエポキシ樹脂とから得られる蝶ダンパーであっても
よい。合成樹脂は、エポキシ系の樹脂や、耐熱性ポリア
ミド樹脂(三菱ガス化学製のRenny 6002 )
など、耐熱性の良好な樹脂である。尚、第1図において
