状スペースを形成するとともに、該スペース内で
弁軸を囲繞して回動自在のリテイナを配設し、前
記スペース内にあつて弁軸周ライニングを囲繞す
るようにコイルばね状の弾性シール部材を配設す
るとともに、該弾性シール部材の一端を前記リテ
イナに、他端を前記スペース内不動部適所に夫々
