1の透孔16及びこれを挾んで両側に第2の透孔
17を隔壁18を存して形成している。この隔壁
18は緩衝体15の上面部分にのみ形成され、断
面略くさび状である。19は両側の取付脚13b
を除く中央の取付脚13aと対応するように基台
