て接離移動可能な如く作業デツキ下面に設けられ
た台車及びその駆動機構と、この台車の先端部に
枢着され、一方の先端上面に傾転バーの上部にお
ける前記第１のピンより下方位置に同様に突設さ
れた第２のピンを受承する凹溝を備えたベルクラ
ンク及びこのベルクランクの回動機構を具備した
