As shown in FIG. 4, the armor grip type spacer is made by wrapping preformed armor rods 3, 3' around the gripping piece 2 attached to the spacer base 1 and holding the electric wire W on the gripping piece 2. Since no bolts are used in the gripping part, there is no risk of accidents due to loosening of the bolts, which has been attracting attention in recent years.

しかし、このアーマーグリツプ型スペーサにも

For this reason, installation work must be done at high places, such as in spacecraft, with poor footing, and thick rods have high bending rigidity, making it extremely difficult to work with. It was not uncommon for them to be dropped due to contamination.

The present invention was devised in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and aims to provide an armor grip type spacer that is easy to wrap around and is free from the risk of falling off.

以下に図によつて説明する。 This will be explained below using figures.

The armor rod 3 is composed of a larger number of wires having a relatively smaller diameter than that shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 2, this holding piece 4 holds the armor rod 3 in the vicinity where the armor rod 3 comes into contact with the gripping piece 2. Therefore, the holding piece 4 is first attached to the gripping piece 2. the armor rod 3 in the longitudinal direction of the wire.

According to this, each armor rod has a smaller wire diameter, so it is less rigid and easier to wrap, and the number of wires is larger and bundled together, which makes it easier to grip. Power is secured, and the armor rod will not fall off.

As described above, the present invention has the advantage of being easy to wrap and can eliminate the problem of falling off the top, and the total tightening force is no different from that of the conventional method, which brings great benefits to the industry.

A spacer base is provided with a gripping piece having a wire receiving groove, and the gripping piece and the electric wire are wound and fixed by a preformed armor rod that engages and is wound around the outer surface of the gripping piece. In the spacer, the armor grip type is formed by dispersing the armor rod into a plurality of small-diameter filament bodies and mechanically converging them in the vicinity of the portion that comes into contact with the gripping piece. Spacer.
