Description
第１図はこの考案の一実施例による空気調和機
の室内ユニツトを示す断面図、第２図、第３図は
それぞれ第１図のユニツトの回転音低減効果を示
す特性図、第４図、第５図はそれぞれこの考案の
他の実施例による空気調和機の室内ユニツトを示
す断面図、第６図は第５図の要部を拡大して示す
断面図、第７図はこの考案のさらに他の実施例に
よるものの要部を拡大して示す断面図、第８図は
従来の空気調和機の室内ユニツトを示す断面図で
ある。
図において、１はユニツト外箱、２は熱交換器
、２ａはプレートフイン、２ｂはパイプ、３は送
風用フアン、３ａは羽根車、４はパイプ後流、５
は整流用抵抗体、６は整流用抵抗体後流である。
なお、各図中同一符号は同一または相当部分を示
すものとする。

Claims (1)
熱的に結合された熱媒体用パイプ２ｂとを有し空
気と上記熱媒体との熱交換を行なう熱交換器２と
、この熱交換器２を流れる空気の下流側に設けら
れた送風用フアン３とをユニツト外箱１内に備え
るものにおいて、上記パイプ２ｂ後流領域４を縮
めるように整流用抵抗体５を、上記送風用フアン
３の羽根車３ａの近傍にある上記パイプ２ｂの下
流位置で上記各パイプ２ｂに対応してそれぞれ設
けたことを特徴とする空気調和機の室内ユニツト
。 (2) 整流用抵抗体５は整流棒であり、パイプ２
ｂ１本当りに２本ずつ上記パイプ２ｂの両側でか
つ上記パイプ２ｂに実質的に平行に設けられてい
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の空気調和
機の室内ユニツト。 (3) 整流用抵抗体５はプレートフイン２ａの一
部を変形させたものであり、パイプ２ｂ１本当り
に２箇所ずつ上記パイプ２ｂの両側でかつ上記パ
イプ２ｂに実質的に平行に設けられている実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の空気調和機の室内
ユニツト。 (4) 整流用抵抗体５はプレートフイン２ａの一
部をつぶして形成したフインつぶし部である実用
新案登録請求の範囲第３項記載の空気調和機の室
内ユニツト。 (5) 整流用抵抗体５はプレートフイン２ａの一
部を切り起して形成した切り起し部である実用新
案登録請求の範囲第３項記載の空気調和機の室内
