Claims (1)
動体と、前記コラムに固着されたピストンを有す
る油圧シリンダと、前記送りねじに加わる力を検
出し、電流に変換および増幅を行なう力検出器と
サーボアンプとを備え、前記移動体と前記油圧シ
リンダのピストンとを結合し、前記サーボアンプ
の出力に比例した差圧をサーボ弁により前記油圧
シリンダに配分することにより、前記送りねじに
加わる力がほぼ零となるようにした負荷補償装置
において、前記移動体と前記油圧シリンダのピス
トンとの結合は、前記ピストンの外周部に配置す
る弾性リングと、前記弾性リングに油圧を与える
圧力室と、前記圧力室と前記弾性リングとの間に
配置するOリングと、前記圧力室の油圧を制御す
る油圧切換弁とを備え、前記油圧切換弁により前
記圧力室に油圧を加えることにより前記弾性リン
グを変位させ、前記弾性リングと前記ピストンを
締結することを特徴とする負荷補償装置の結合構
