Some are known that use a floor panel with legs integrally molded into a thick floor material, and others that support a thick single-plate floor panel with height-adjustable support metal fittings. However, it is not possible to use floor boards such as plywood used in conventional general floor structures, and special thick floor panels must be used, which not only increases costs but also requires the use of electrical outlet boxes. When providing mounting holes such as these in a floor panel, there were drawbacks such as difficulty in machining them.

A groove for fitting a floor plate is provided, and both sides of a rectangular floor plate that can cover the frame are fitted into both grooves so as to be freely inserted and removed, thereby forming a floor panel. The structure is raised above the floor using adjustable support metal fittings.

It is made up of a floor plate 3. The frame 2 is made up of two wooden side frame members 4 located on both sides along the longitudinal direction, which are integrally connected to each other by connecting members 5 at both ends and at the center position, and the both side frame members 4 include: A groove 6 for fitting a floor plate is formed along the longitudinal direction inside the portion projecting upward from the connecting member 5. The lower surface of this recess s6 is flush with the upper surface of the connecting member 5.

At this time, so that the upper surface of the floor plate 3 is flush with the upper surface of the frame members 4 on both sides of the frame, cutout steps are preliminarily formed at the upper corners of both sides that fit into the grooves 6, as shown in FIG. It is being processed.

The supporting metal fittings 7 are installed on the slab floor surface 8 at positions where they can support a portion of each corner of the floor panel 1 arranged in a grid pattern, and all of the supporting metal fittings 7
The heights of the support plates 11 are adjusted so that they are located on the same horizontal plane. Then, the floor panel 1 is placed on this support fitting 7 via the frame 2.

In particular, according to the configuration of the present invention, the floor panel installed via the height-adjustable support fittings is composed of a frame and a floor plate,
The frame has recessed grooves for fitting the floorboard on both parallel sides, and both sides of the floorboard can be inserted into and removed from the recessed grooves, so even if relatively thin commercially available general-purpose plywood is used as the floorboard, the frame will not fit. Due to the presence of this material, the floor panel as a whole can have sufficient strength.

It is possible to easily perform the installation work. In addition, when drilling holes for mounting an outlet box, etc. in a floor panel, the processing work can be performed on the floorboard fitted to the frame, but if necessary, the processing may be performed with the floorboard removed from the frame. You can also do some work. Even if a processing error occurs, it is only necessary to replace the floorboard, and there is no need to replace the entire floor panel.
