Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は端子台カバー付リレーに関するもので
あつて、主な目的とするところはリレーが取付け
られる端子台の端子を保護して短絡や感電の防止

従来、プラグイン式、すなわちベースより突出
する端子ピン2を端子台5のソケツト6に差し込
んで取付けられるリレーでは、第1図に示すよう
に端子台5の端子7が露出するため、充電部が露
出となり、手が触れて感電を起こしたり、短絡を

つて、以下図に示す実施例に基いて詳述する。リ
レーAはベース1とカバー3より成るケース内に
リレーコイルや接点等の電子部品を収めて構成さ
れ、ベース1下面からは夫々リレーコイルや接点
に連通する複数の端子ピン2が突出している。カ
バー3は下端開口にベース1を嵌着して取付けら
れ、カバー3下端縁からは斜外方へ弾性変形自在
のスカート4がカバー3と一体に延出している。
このスカート4は第3図に示すように端子ピン2
を端子台5のソケツト6に挿入した時に、下端が
端子台5の上面の外周部に沿接して端子台5上面
に露出する端子7を覆つて、端子7に手が触れて
感電を起こしたり、他の異物が接触して短絡を起
こすのを防止するわけである。尚、このスカート
4はカバー3下端全周より延出するのが望ましい
が、必ずしもこれのみに限定されるものでなく、

ド線を接続したり、端子からリード線を外す場合
には、カバーを取付けたままスカートをめくつて
行なうことができ、リレーへのリード線の取付け
