を特徴とする厨房用ゴミ処理装置。 (2) 生ゴミ圧縮機構は、互いに螺旋の傾きが逆
である多条螺旋翼を備えていて、かつ互いに逆方
向に回転する一対の送り螺旋軸を前記多条螺旋翼
が互いに入り組むように横に並列して配置し、さ
らに一方の送り螺旋軸を突出させて成り、この生
ゴミ圧縮機構を多孔構造の搾汁用筒体で形成され
る搾汁液除去機構内に嵌挿配設して成ることを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求範囲第１項記載の厨房
