細管部を保温材料で覆つたことを特徴とするけい
光ランプ装置。 (2) 上記細管部を覆う保温材料は、シリコン系
樹脂であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項記載のけい光ランプ装置。 (3) 上記細管部を覆う保温材料は、脱着可能な
