- 直列に接続された２以上の電池を駆動電源とし
、かつ、負荷にモータを持つオーデイオ装置にお
いて、オーデイオ信号系統の基準電位を前記電池
の中間電圧点に設定し、モータの駆動系統の基準
電位と異ならせたオーデイオ装置。
