- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 導体ケースのキヤビテイ内に柱状の誘電体共振
器を固定したＴＭモードの誘電体共振器装置にお
いて、 上記導体ケースと誘電体共振器との互いに対応
する部分に嵌合固定手段を形成したことを特徴と
する誘電体共振器装置。
