- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 入射光を光−電気変換するセンサと、 前記センサに流れる電流を電圧へ変換するＩ／
Ｖ変換器と、 前記Ｉ／Ｖ変換器の出力信号をアナログ・デジ
タル変換するＡ／Ｄ変換器と、 前記Ａ／Ｄ変換器の出力信号を受けて、これを
演算処理するＣＰＵと、 前記ＣＰＵにどの波長を選択しているのかを知
らせる波長選択キーと、 前記波長選択キーで選んだ波長を長波長側に選
択波長を替えるＵＰキー、短波長側に替えるＤＯ
ＷＮキーと、 前記センサに対応した波長補正値をメモリーし
、前記ＣＰＵの求めに応じてメモリー値を提供す
るＲＯＭと、 前記ＣＰＵの出力信号を受けて、選択波長と光
パワー測定値を表示する表示器とで構成すること
を特徴とする光パワーメータ。 (2) 前記波長選択キーは長い波長ステツプで選
択波長を替え、ＵＰキー、ＤＯＷＮキーは短い波
長ステツプで選択波長を替えることを特徴とする
