ムの正反射方向に集光し得る集光レンズと、上記
集光レンズで受信したドツプラ信号を含む散乱光
を伝送する光フアイバケーブルと、上記光フアイ
バケーブルにより伝送された散乱光と上記第1の
ビームスプリツタで分割された他方の周波数シフ
トを受けないレーザビームとを混合する第2のビ
ームスプリツタと、上記混合された光を電気変換
する光検出器と、上記光検出器の出力を増幅する
増幅器と、上記増幅器の出力信号からドツプラ周
波数を検出する周波数追跡器と、上記周波数追跡
器の出力信号であるドツプラ周波数から振動物体
の振動速度に比例したアナログ電圧を出力し得る
