(Prior art) Most ties are generally made of various types of fabric (for example, fore-in-hand) with a core made of wool, flannel, cotton, or chemical fibers, and others are made of leather. , knitted fabrics, etc., and these neckties are washed by dry cleaning in the same way as outer clothing, and the reality is that they are not washed at home. In addition, dry cleaning is a method of washing that uses a non-hydrophilic (non-flammable 1.H flammable) solvent, taking into account that fibers have parent wood groups in their constituent molecules and are easily deformed when washed with water. However, it has the disadvantage that hydrophilic stains and stains cannot be removed cleanly using solvents alone.
A method is used in which cleaning is carried out by dry washing using a solvent in which a cleaning agent is dissolved to remove stains that are difficult to remove, and then continuously cleaning with the solvent.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) By the way, synthetic detergents made by adding inorganic or organic virgoos (performance improvers) to surfactants other than soap (bleaching products containing chemicals as main ingredients and an appropriate amount of synthetic detergents) (excluding cleaning agents for toilets and toilets) are said to have excellent cleaning power, and there are various kinds of ft, such as petroleum (ABS) based, higher alcohol sulfate ester base, ionic, and cationic. Although they are diverse, they can be roughly divided into alkaline synthetic detergents for washing cotton, linen, etc., and neutral detergents for washing silk, wool, nylon, etc., dishes, vegetables, etc. or,
There are also special detergents for furniture and automobiles, which are widely used in various fields. When washing with synthetic detergents, households generally use water and detergent inside the washing machine. 71 After putting clothes in and pouring an appropriate amount of synthetic detergent, the inner body part is rotated and washed mechanically, and the detergent molecules wrap around the dirt attached to the clothing fibers and disturb them from the fibers. As mentioned above (,
Washing with water in a washing machine causes fiber deformation, and the wear of clothing in water (hot water) is extremely severe, resulting in tr4 (
r! Because j is large, if you wash a tie with a core in it,
The core would collapse, making it very time-consuming to reshape it after washing, and like other outer clothing, we had to rely on a professional dry cleaner to do the dry cleaning. Similarly to synthetic detergents, solid soaps and powder soaps have fatty acid salts that dissolve in water and hydrolyze, emulsifying and dispersing dirt components to perform the cleaning action, and are easier on the hands than synthetic detergents. There were no negative effects on the human body, such as roughness, and on the contrary, the effect was reduced when exposed to hard or cold water.

The present invention was created in view of the above points, and uses liquid soap that has good water temperature, can be used even at low temperatures, and has excellent cleaning power, and allows neckties to be made in an extremely simple process. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method of cleaning a necktie using liquid soap for cleaning and shaping.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The gist of the present invention to achieve the above object is to prepare a small amount of liquid soap prepared by mixing a fatty acid sodium salt and a fatty acid potassium salt of coconut oil in an appropriate ratio. Mix it with water stored in a container to make a solution, wash the tie gently in the solution, fold it over and press wash it, rinse it in that state 2 to 3 times, and wash it vigorously with the palms of both hands (pinch it). This method of cleaning ties using liquid soap is characterized by draining them, then dipping them in a thin paste solution, shaping them without wringing them out, and then drying them.

(Function) As described above, with the cleaning method of the present invention, since the water is liquid soap, an aqueous solution can be easily prepared regardless of the water temperature, and even hand washing will not damage the skin of the hands. You can use it without any worries. In addition, the cleaning power of liquid soap allows you to remove dirt even when you massage it with water, preventing the core of the tie from collapsing or damaging the fabric.Furthermore, even if the fabric cannot be ironed directly, it can be easily ironed. Since the cleaning method of the invention does not require an iron, shaping can be performed without any worries.

In addition, if it is a sodium salt of a fatty acid of -11, this ratio is the limit, and even if the amount of sodium salt that increases detergency is increased, it will not dissolve and it will not be possible to make a liquid soap,
If it is a fatty acid sodium salt that is saponified by adding sodium to olein N1 (no need for salting out), which is a fatty acid that easily liquefies, and hydrolyzing it, up to about 80% of the pure soap component (fatty acid potassium salt of coconut oil is 20% %) can be increased.

If the pure soap content in the solution is 20% or more, less than 3% ethyl alcohol is added to uniformly mix the sodium salt and potassium salt. In addition, to increase foaming power,
You can also add fats and oils with a low melting point (rapeseed oil, etc.);
The liquid soap is easily soluble in water at any temperature contained in a container such as a wash basin, and does not reduce its cleaning power, and the blending ratio of natural oils and fats may be varied as appropriate. In this example, a small amount (approximately 2 to 3 cc) of liquid stone M (lyophilic) made of pure soap of natural oils and fats is placed in a container that does not have a very deep bottom, such as a wash basin, and 500 cc of water is added. ~60(l
A solution with cc is prepared and used, but the amount of water diluted with the pure soap content of the liquid soap is appropriate. Gently wash the necktie in the solution starting from the edge by rubbing it with your fingertips to avoid damaging the core, then fold it into five parts and press wash to separate the stains from the tie without damaging the tie fabric. Disperse in solution. Rinse 2 to 3 times while folded.
Rinse and drain the water by holding it between the palms of your hands and pressing with moderate pressure to remove excess water. Next, if you soak a thin sheet of glue (raw wheat gluten, synthetic pulp glue, funori, rice glue, vinyl glue, etc.) in a solution, shape it without squeezing it, and dry it, it will be completely original without using an iron. It will be finished in the form of Therefore, since the above process is done by hand without using a washing machine or dryer, the collapse of the core and deformation of the fabric can be minimized, and the finish is comparable to that obtained by professional dry cleaning. It does not require any drugs or the like.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, according to the present invention, it is possible to easily wash a tie at home, and the finish is the same as that of dry cleaning. It uses powerful liquid soap to completely remove dirt, and at the same time removes dirt from the human body (especially fingers and palms).
There is no bad news that the necktie becomes rough due to soap, and it breaks down the conventional concept that dry cleaning is the only way to wash a necktie. It has the effect that it can be applied not only to other clothing, but also to other clothing.
