用熱交換器を有する給湯予熱管路を設けるととも
に、該室外側熱交換器又は該給湯用熱交換器に択
一的に冷媒を供給する弁を設け、 また、一端が前記給湯予熱管路の前記弁と前記
給湯用熱交換器との接続中点に、他端が該給湯予
熱管路の一端と前記冷房用絞り機構との接続中点
にそれぞれ連結したバイパス管路を設けるととも
に、 前記室内側熱交換器からの冷媒を前記バイパス
管路を介して前記給湯予熱管路の前記給湯用熱交
