Claims

A strip-shaped piezoelectric element having terminal electrodes at both ends of one main surface and at the center of the other main surface, each having a notch at a position approximately corresponding to the terminal electrode, and facing the notch in the center. The piezoelectric element is placed on an insulating holding plate having a protrusion at a position such that the one main surface of the piezoelectric element is in contact with the notch-side side surface of the protrusion, and the three lead terminals are placed in the notch. A piezoelectric element is sandwiched between the lead terminals through the tip portions thereof, and the piezoelectric element is also sandwiched between the lead terminal in the center and the protrusion, and the tip portion of each lead terminal and each terminal electrode are bonded with a conductive bonding material.
