間的に連絡する為の管状部を有し、前記記録ある
いは再生装置の挿入口より装填される事により前
記管状部の少なくとも１つの開口部を前記記録あ
るいは再生装置内の所定部分に対応する位置に規
制する規制部とを有する事を特徴とするクリーニ
