- 時計において、時計の針に相当するものを透明
な円盤に表示し、その円盤の外周部に不透明な枠
を設け、その不透明な枠に時計機械構造部を着設
し、透明な円盤を回転させ透明な円盤に表示され
た時計の針により、時間を刻み時計の針裏に時計
機械構造部が見えないように構成された、透明円
盤針式時計。
