ツトにおいて、 前記締結リングの外周表面にパツキン溝とシー
ル溝とを凹設し、前記シール体が前記パツキン溝
に嵌入された高強度有機繊維からなる格子編み弾
性パツキンと、前記シール溝に嵌入されたハウジ
ング内半径より僅かに大きい外半径のリツプ部を
有する弾性材製複リツプシールとで成ることを特
