本考案は、例えば、工場、ビル、地下鉄、共同
溝などの換気系の送風機の騒音を低減するため、
ダクトやトンネルなどの途中に、また、室内外の
騒音の伝搬防止用に開口部に、設置される消音器
を、単体又は組み合わせにて形成する消音器ユニ

ト相互間に所定の厚さの空気層を確実に形成、保
持することができ、従つて所望の吸音特性をもた
せることができる。加えて、例えば外部ケーシン
グの取り付けや消音器ユニツト相互の連結も、屈

の方法が用いられる。

えるほか、上下、左右に複数個連結する場合には
