Abstract

PURPOSE:To make sure of the holding of a coil spring varying in length, by erecting a hook pin on a receiving surface of a pair of hook receiving cradles where both hook parts of the coil spring are horizontally mounted each, and making one side of these cradles movable in a direction of pulling a spring. CONSTITUTION:In a base 19 of a spring feeding jig, there are provided with a pair of hook cradles 20 and 22, and both hook parts 16a of an expansion coil spring 16 are horizontally mounted each. Each hook pin 24 is erected on each hook receiving surface of these cradles 20 and 22. One side 20 of these cradles is locked to the base 19, and the other side cradle 22 is made shiftable in a tension direction of the expansion coil spring 16 by a core cylinder 23. Therefore, even to such an expansion coil spring as varying more or less in length of a coil part, a boundary part between the coil part and the hook part can be made constant, thus it is surely pinched by claws of a working hand.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention can be applied reliably to poor-quality tension coil springs in which the length of the coil part is not constant due to variations in the number of turns in the coil part of the tension coil spring. This relates to a spring supply jig necessary for spring hanging work.

Here, as shown in FIG. 12, the air cylinder (10)
When the rack (9) is protruded and the spring hook work hand (1) is lowered with the claw (8) opened, the state shown in Fig. 13 will be obtained. After this, the air cylinder (10) is activated and the rack (9) is pulled back to its original position, the claw (marked) is closed, and the hook part rotation prevention groove ('7) provided in the claw (8) is pulled to hook the tension coil spring (16). Hold the tensioned coil spring (16) by holding the boundary between the part and the coil part.Next, raise the spring-loading work hand (1), operate the air cylinder (13), and tighten the distance between the fingers (→). is opened to a predetermined size regulated by a stopper (14), and for the predetermined assembly, move it to the position above the product and then lower it. By the way, in Fig. 15, the claw (8) is pulled by the tension coil spring (1).
6), of which Figure 15 (→ shows a case where a predetermined tension coil spring (16) is placed approximately in the center of the spring supply jig (15)). , FIG. 15(b) shows that the length of the tension fill spring (16) is shorter because the number of turns of the coil part (16b) is less than the predetermined number, and the tension fill spring (16) is placed closer to the right side in the spring supply jig (15). In this state, when the claw (mark) is closed, as is clear from this figure, in the case of -, the claw (the ladle is the hook part (16a) and the coil part (16b)
In contrast, in the case of FIG. 15(b), the claw (8) pinches the center of the hook part (16Δ) and the fill part (16b).

The conventional device for performing spring hanging work includes the spring supplying jig (15) and the spring hanging work hand (15) as described above.
), as shown in Fig. 15(b), the length of the coil part (16b) of the tension coil spring (16) may vary due to variations in the number of turns, etc., or the coil part (16b) of the tension coil spring (16) may be The hook part of the tension coil spring (16) (
If the position of the hook (lea) changes, the claw (8) will not be able to grip the position that it should be gripping, and this will not only make the holding state of the tension coil spring (16) unstable, but also cause the hook receiver (17) to become unstable. I often failed to insert it into the . Therefore, it is necessary to repeat the series of spring hanging operations, strictly control the quality of the tension fill spring (16), and then reposition it within the spring supply jig (15), resulting in poor work efficiency. There was a problem in that the user was forced to work with springs.

This invention was made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and even for tension coil springs in which the length of the coil part varies slightly due to variations in the number of turns, etc., the claw of the spring-hanging work hand can be attached to the fill part. To provide a spring supplying jig which enables highly reliable spring hanging work in that the boundary between a hook part and a hook part is reliably pinched and the center of the hook part can be reproducibly positioned at a predetermined position.

The spring supply jig according to the present invention includes a pair of hook holders on which both hook parts of a tension fill spring are placed substantially horizontally, and a spring supply jig that is erected perpendicularly to the receiving surface of the hook holders and near the center of the hook parts. A mechanism for moving the hook holder in the direction in which the tension fill spring is pulled is provided.

In the spring supply jig according to the present invention, when the hook part of the tension coil spring is placed on the hook holder, the hook pin is inserted into the hook part, so in this state, the hook holder is pulled to tension the coil spring. By moving in this direction, the boundary between the hook portion and the coil portion of the tension coil spring can be positioned with good reproducibility.

Next, the operation will be explained. In the spring supply jig (18) in the state shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, tension coil springs (16) separated one by one are supplied in advance,
When placed on the hook pedestal (20) t (22), the fourth
As shown in FIG. 5, the hook pin (24) is inserted into the hook portion (16a) of the tension coil spring (16) (the supply means is not shown). By arranging the hook bottle (24) as shown in Figures 4 and 5'', the hook can be easily attached to a poor-quality spring that has conventionally failed to be assembled, as shown in Figure 15 (b). Securely attach the bottle (24) to the hook part (
16a). Next, by operating the air cylinder (23) and moving the hook pedestal (22) in the direction of tension of the tension fill spring (16), as shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 7, the pair of hook pins (24) are spread out at a predetermined interval, and at the same time, the tension coil spring (16) is hooked by the hook pin (24) on the inner periphery of its hook portion (16a). It is stretched in the tension direction of the tension fill spring (16). Here, even if the hook bottle (24) pushes apart a tension fill spring with a slightly different number of turns, the hook part (lea) will not deform much, so the interval between the hook bottles (24) and the hook part (16a
) is determined by the shape of Therefore, the hook part (16a)

After this, the spring hook work hand (25) in the position shown in Fig. 7 descends with the claw (8) open, and closes the claw (8) to release the already stretched hook. Hold the coil spring (16).

Next, the spring hooking work hand (25) is raised, moved above the product in the predetermined assembly position, and then lowered, and the hook portion (16a) of the tension coil spring (16) held is attached to the product. Insert it into the hook receptacle (17) to a predetermined depth. After that, in the same manner as above, open the claw (8) and assemble the tension coil spring (16) to the hook receiver (17) of the product, then raise the spring-loading work hand (25) again and start Return it to the position above the spring supply jig (18).

As described above, according to the present invention, even when assembling a tension coil spring in which the length of the coil part varies slightly due to variations in the number of turns, etc., the hook part held by the spring hanging work hand and the coil Since the boundary between the hook and the hook can be positioned with good reproducibility, the spring-loading hand can securely grip the center of the hook or the coil without pinching the hook, making it possible to assemble the spring with fewer mistakes. . In addition, the action of stretching the tension fill spring to a predetermined length and the opening/closing action of grasping and releasing are performed separately by the spring supply jig and the spring hanging work hand, so the spring hanging work hand can be used separately. The structure is simplified, and each mechanical part can be easily assembled, adjusted, and maintained. From the above points, productivity is improved when assembling products, and this has the effect of supplying low-cost products.
