渡しする第１の翼状ゴム部材と、該第１の翼状ゴ
ム部材の偏心方向対称部位に形成された空洞部の
うち前記外筒金具が配置された側の空洞部に、内
筒金具と受金具とを偏心方向に接続配置せしめた
脚状ゴム部材と、且つ受金具の両側と外筒金具と
を該脚状ゴム部材に対して直角方向に橋渡し配置
せしめた第２の翼状ゴム部材とからなることを特
