- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 円板状の天板とこの天板の周囲から垂下す
る筒状の周壁及びこの周壁の下端から外方に延び
るフランジとが一体に形成された冷却板本体と、
上記周壁の上記フランジより上の外周面に嵌着さ
れた強磁性材料からなるリング体とを備えている
ことを特徴とするスパツタリングターゲツトの冷
却板。 (2) 上記嵌着は焼き嵌めによるものであること
