部材、７：ノズルヘツド、８：ノズル、９：収束
ノズル、１０：混合室、１１：噴射孔、１２：通
路、１３：通孔、１４：流路、１７：連通部、１
８：通孔。

Claims (1)
- 回転継手を介して高圧水発生装置に連通させた
管部材と、該管部材を包囲して配設した筒状部材
と、該筒状部材の一端に係止したノズルヘツドと
、前記筒状部材の所定位置に配設され該筒状部材
と前記管部材との間隙と粒状部材供給手段とを連
通して関連させた回転継手とから成り、前記ノズ
ルヘツドは前記管部材ないしは前記筒状部材の軸
心に対して半径方向に所定角度を以て開口する噴
射孔を有するノズルと、該ノズルの下流位置にお
いて配設された収束ノズルと、前記ノズルと前記
収束ノズルとの間に形成した混合室とで構成され
、前記ノズルは前記管部材と連通し、前記混合室
は前記筒状部材と前記管部材との間隙に連通させ
たことを特徴とする研磨性流体回転噴射ノズル。
