側の筒形電極及び筒形ケースとの間の隙間内にお
ける復筒シリンダの相対変位を前記隙間の静電容
量変化により測定するようにした静電容量式変位
計において、 前記絶縁体を前記内外の筒形電極間に侵入しな
い形状としたことを特徴とする静電容量式変位計
