て、前記ウエビングの層状巻取部から引き出され
たウエビング中間部が巻き掛けられるローラと、
このローラをフレームへ向けて移動させフレーム
との間にウエビング中間部の一部を挟持させるた
めのローラ案内手段と、ローラの近傍に設けられ
ウエビングの張力増大によりウエビング中間部の
他の一部をローラ外周との間に挟持すると共に前
記ローラ案内手段を駆動してローラをフレームへ
接近させるレバーと、を備えていることを特徴と
