対の枢支部を有しかつこれらステイに対して回動
可能に支持される本体パネルと、前記各ステイの
水平部に嵌装して設けられかつ両端が本体パネル
に係止されることにより緊縛されて前記ステイを
所定の摩擦力で締付け保持し本体パネルの回動を
規制するコイルばねを備え、前記各ステイの水平
部先端同士を対向させるとともに、これら両先端
部間に跨がつた状態で前記コイルばねを嵌装させ
