くとも一枚の透明絶縁板の両面に対向固定して構
成される光結合絶縁素子において、前記透明絶縁
板をほぼ円形状とすることを特徴とする光結合絶
縁素子。 ２ 実用新案登録請求範囲第１項記載の光結合絶
縁素子において、前記透明絶縁板の断面に少なく
とも一つのほぼ同心円状の溝を形成することを特
徴とする光結合絶縁素子。
