1の軸心部近傍の位置に、先端側に開口した栓体
挿入部3を形成し、さらにこの栓本体1の外周部
の先端側の位置には、先端側ほど次第に径小とな
るテーパ部7と、それよりも基端側の位置に雄ね
じ部6とをそれぞれ形成すると共に、上記入口通
路2と栓体挿入部3とを連通路4にて連通させる
一方、上記雄ねじ部6に螺合する雌ねじ部10を
備えたナツト部材9には押圧角部13を形成し、
上記栓体挿入部3内に低融点金属製の栓体8を挿
入した状態で上記ナツト部材9を栓本体1に螺着
した際に、上記押圧角部13の軸方向移動によつ
て上記テーパ部7を径方向内方へと変形させて上
記栓体8を固定すべく構成し、さらにこのナツト
部材9には、上記栓本体1の先端軸心部近傍を外
部へと連通させる連通孔11を穿設したことを特
