１の軸心部近傍の位置に、先端側に開口した栓体
挿入部３を形成し、さらにこの栓本体１の外周部
の先端側の位置には、先端側ほど次第に径小とな
るテーパ部７と、それよりも基端側の位置に雄ね
じ部６とをそれぞれ形成すると共に、上記入口通
路２と栓体挿入部３とを連通路４にて連通させる
一方、上記雄ねじ部６に螺合する雌ねじ部１０を
備えたナツト部材９には押圧角部１３を形成し、
上記栓体挿入部３内に低融点金属製の栓体８を挿
入した状態で上記ナツト部材９を栓本体１に螺着
した際に、上記押圧角部１３の軸方向移動によつ
て上記テーパ部７を径方向内方へと変形させて上
記栓体８を固定すべく構成し、さらにこのナツト
部材９には、上記栓本体１の先端軸心部近傍を外
部へと連通させる連通孔１１を穿設したことを特
