(1) The rope locking device 5 is made by welding three press-formed parts: a main body 8, an upper closing plate 10, and a lower closing plate 11, and a rod-shaped body 13 is welded to these. Also, it requires a lot of welding man-hours and is extremely costly, making it unsuitable for mass production.

(3) Lining 3 was attached to the inner wall of the container because
It is originally used to transport various types of powder and granular materials. When the granular material is loaded, the granular material naturally enters the recess 12 of the rope locking portion 5 and flows from the upper and lower open ends of the groove 9 of the main body 8 into the gap between the lining 3 and the outer wall 1. Since this occurs, the upper and lower opening ends are closed with upper and lower closing plates 10 and 11. In addition, the lower blocking plate 1 is arranged so that the powder and granules contained in the recess 12 can naturally slide out of the recess 12 when the powder and granular material is discharged to the outside of the container.
1 is welded at a downward slope, but an angular step is formed at the welded portion 19, especially at the sloping upper end of the lower closing plate 11 shown in FIG. 4, and powder particles tend to get stuck there. Each time, the stuck powder had to be manually removed using a brush or the like, making the work extremely troublesome.

The present invention has been devised in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and aims to provide a rope anchor for a container that is easy to manufacture, does not require the installation of an extra protector, and is less likely to cause powder or granules to stick inside the recess. That is.

Function According to the rope anchor for a container of the present invention, the recess for attaching the rod-shaped body and the annular bulge for the protector are integrally pressed into one metal plate, and the lower end of the recess itself By tilting the lower closing plate downward toward the front side of the metal plate, there is no need to tilt and weld the lower closing plate to the lower end of the recess, which significantly reduces the number of processing steps, number of parts, and welding steps. I can do it. In addition, since the annular bulge for the protector is integrally provided on the front side of the metal plate, there is no need to attach an additional separately processed protector to the metal plate. Furthermore, since there is no need to tilt and weld the lower closing plate into the recess,
No angular steps or the like are formed within the recess. Therefore, the granular material that has entered the recess naturally and reliably slides out of the recess along the slope of the lower end of the recess, making it difficult for the granular material to stick inside the recess. Furthermore, the annular bulge for the protector formed around the recess also serves as a reinforcing rib for the metal plate.
