の外周部に空間部を形成し、誘導パイプ突出部外
周に形成した空間部の容積は前記シール水貯溜部
において冷却水槽内を大気としや断するために必
要な所定水位でのシール水をすべて貯溜し得るも
のとし、このとき空間部に形成するシール水の水
位より上部において、前記誘導パイプの突出部に
前記貯水槽との貫通穴を有し、さらに突出空間部
の下部誘導パイプ下端にシール水貯溜部と前記空
間部とを連通する微小な戻り穴を設けたことを特
