タンクの中央部に蓋体とともに上方から装着され
るコーヒーバスケツトと、ヒータユニツトからの
熱湯を前記水タンクの開口部上方位置まで導びく
熱湯供給機構と、前記蓋体の中央部に形成された
熱湯拡散機構と、蓋体上面に形成され前記熱湯拡
散機構から延びて外端が熱湯供給機構の湯出口下
方に位置する熱湯ガイド溝とを具備することを特
徴とするコーヒー沸し器。 (2) 熱湯供給機構は、ヒータユニツトからの熱
湯を熱湯ガイド溝の外端近傍位置まで導びく先端
上向きの立上がりパイプと、この立上がりパイプ
の上方位置に固設され立上がりパイプから噴出す
る熱湯を天端内面で緩衝させた後に湯出口から熱
湯ガイド溝外端上に流下させる緩衝カバーとを備
えていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
